Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at krovexagames.com or entering into a production agreement with Krovexa Games (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Scope of Services

Krovexa Games provides full-cycle game development, 3D game art & character design, and co-development / staff augmentation services. Detailed project deliverables, technical specifications, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between the Client and the Company.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed Master Services Agreement:

• All custom source code, 3D assets, character models, shaders, and project deliverables created specifically for a Client upon full payment shall transfer ownership to the Client.
• Krovexa Games retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary tools, internal C++ libraries, framework templates, and engine workflows used during production.

4. Client Obligations & Materials

Clients must provide necessary game design documents, target asset specifications, and engine licenses in a timely manner to maintain production schedules. The Client warrants that all materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Confidentiality (NDA)

Both parties agree to protect all non-public technical data, game concepts, codebases, and financial agreements with strict confidentiality, maintaining security standards equal to those used for their own proprietary information.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Krovexa Games or its engineers be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from platform submission delays, engine updates, or hardware incompatibilities beyond reasonable control.
